The following e-mail was sent by Head of School Rabbi Ari Segal to the Shalhevet Community at 9:46 AM today.

Dear Shalhevet Community,

It is with bittersweet feelings that I inform you that Robyn Lewis will be resigning from her post as Executive Director effective December 31, 2016.  Robyn will be assuming the Executive Director position at Beth Jacob Congregation starting in January of 2017.

In her four years at Shalhevet, Robyn has  played an integral role in virtually everything we have accomplished – financial stability, growing enrollment, a beautiful new building, and so much more. 

While the school is left with large shoes to fill, we are so thankful that Robyn has agreed to steward us through the start of next year including the budgeting, financial aid and tuition setting processes.  She will also help in finalizing systems for the building and security, and generally work to facilitate the smoothest possible transition process for her replacement.  

I hope you will take the time to thank Robyn for all she has done for Shalhevet during her tenure here.
